The John Campbell Apartment is named and themed afterBusinessman John Campbell whom commissioned the building which opened in 1901. It was tenanted by a variety of businesspeople and had the added value of in-house spiritual guidance and songs-of-praise generated in the Gospel Hall located in the upper storey.
John Campbell faces Moray Place and offers views through the trees to park-like grounds of First Church.
John Campbell interiors are designed to reflect a well-travelled Victorian gentleman whose way of life was grounded in commerce and a curiosity to explore the offerings of the new world. Welcome home in subtle tartans, plush deep-buttoned comfort, deliciously opulent leather, flashes of silver and a nod to the orient.
Each apartment is a short walk to retail shopping, supermarkets, café and restaurants, beauty and hair salons, Library, theatres, cinemas, bus hub, Law Courts and Police Station, Civic Centre, Town Hall, museums and art galleries, gyms, Moana Pool, hospital, University and Polytechnic. Fabulous walking and cycling tracks.

Stunning
Stunning apartment in the center of Dunedin! Beautiful down to the last detail. Everything is there! Very very beautiful, clean, designer! There is Netflix. The owner resolves any issues warmly and quickly. There is parking and an elevator. When we return, we will live only here!

Beautiful apartment, lovely view and great location. We were in town for a conference but would have loved to spend more time relaxing here. So lovely to have breakfast items already on our late arrival. We would love to stay again.
A perfect weekend
We loved this quirky apartment. It was perfect for us, our daugher and her partner, our youngest daughter for our oldest daughter's graduation. Only a few minutes around the corner to the town hall but even better was the start of the procession for Saturday's graduation. Dan was amazing, in that we had our youngest turn up for her sister's graduation and Dan popped up with a fold out bed. There was a large milk, fruit, tomatoes, loaf of vogels, butter, condiments, eggs, coffee beans and porridge in our apartment waiting for us. Perfect! Thank you. We would stay here everytime we visit Dunedin.

Fantastic spot for Graduation
We stayed here in 2 apartments as a family of 6 in Dunedin for our daughters Graduation. It was a fantastic, stylish spot right in the city centre which made it easy for walking to and from the ceremony and grad walk. It also provided the perfect space to have other family members around for a drink and photos afterwards. We would definitely book this again.

Fabulous and stylish apartment in a great location in central Dunedin. Great service as well, even posted back our son’s wallet after he lost it under the bed. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a fantastic location. We loved everything about our stay at Bell Hill. We all felt immediately at home, and appreciated the little things such as the eggs, bread and fresh coffee beans. These touches really do make all the difference. The space itself is well laid outl, and while not huge was more than ample for our family of four. The location is brilliant, with great restaurants, bars and many other sights within easy walking distance. Thank you Dan for making the whole process a breeze. We hope to stay again soon.
