It's very close to city attractions, and the Otago First Church is right outside the window.
We were pleasantly surprised and delighted from the moment we entered, feeling the owner's thoughtfulness. Our whole family loved it here, and it will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Dunedin.
Beautifully Appointed
Beautifully appointed apartment in a perfect location! We loved everything from the vintage-inspired decor to the wonderful breakfast items provided in the kitchen. Parking and apartment access were very convenient and the lift was a bonus as we had a lot of luggage. Wish we'd had time to try the cute coffee shop next door. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing this wonderful place!

Fabulous apartment/location A+
We are 3 adults and have just spent 2 weeks travelling southern NZ. Your apartment was an absolute highlight. Beautifully appointed with great attention to detail, and centrally situated in Dunedin. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks also for the brekkie items and the Muscat to finish off our day.

Simply Superb
After staying in many Hotels and our favourite being The Langham Hotel, Melbourne, we were most impressed with the Gaynor Clayton suite. The attention to detail and comfort was just superb 👌🏻 Absolutely loved everything about this apartment from the antique pieces to the Bianca Loren bedding, the superbly appointed bathrooms, the mood lighting, the gentle music playing on arrival to the breakfast items and sherry in cut glass bottle . . . Just Superb. Highly Recommend and will be our chosen accommodation when next in Dunedin. Thank you Dan for the tour and sharing the journey of the apartments.

For 20 years I travelled the world & saw countless expensive hotel rooms. For me, this apartment is one of the 5 best I have ever stayed in. It beats any in Cannes, Dubai, London Barcelona. 1. The architect really had an eye for details. Dimmable lights, glare-free staircase lighting, night lights in bathrooms switch on automatically and fly screens in the windows. Hallelujah! 2. The storytelling about the room (Gaynor Clayton Apartment). The artist as a former tenant, the brushes and her paint box. Her daily routine and her red hat hanging in the foyer. How Cool! 3. The respect for us as guests. When we entered, soft relaxing music was playing. Fresh eggs, jam, honey in the fridge and toast. I wish there were more apartments like yours in other corners of the world!
Luxury apartment with delights
I so enjoyed my stay, a short walk to fabulous shopping and restaurants, my car downstairs parked safe and secure. A warm comfortable lounge and kitchen. They provided delicious local ingredients for my breakfast and something to sip whilst I relaxed in the evening. An attractive and inviting luxury space and a sense of history combined with all the very best of mod cons.
